IOe Product Family
The IOe product suite consists of a workbench, hierarchical control and information management software. The workbench is a comprehensive set of application development tools designed to build enterprise solutions for an unlimited set of vertical IIoT markets. Each tab within the IOe workbench represents a unique module within the product. The workbench links the individual modules functionality to provide complete systemwide interoperability. In other words, moving from one tab to another enables a different operational capability for the same object.
Because the IOe product is object oriented, individual objects can be written once and deployed repeatedly, thus eliminating the need to develop legacy monolithic code. The graphical view of the object, a compressor for example, carries all if the control attributes within it for massive reusability. This also enables several developers to work on the application concurrently, creating a very efficient, dynamic and secure application.
IOe licenses can be purchased for in person use but the our web development capabilities purchased on a subscription basis is the recommended use of the IOe.
Unlike supervisory control systems of the past, the IOe control product allows the application developer the option to configure control strategies for every level within the enterprise, from the highest level to the sensor or actuator.
The Information Management portion of the product includes realtime visualization and trending, advanced historization and an alert notification system. Alerts include process alarms along with product in process and personal tracking. Information Management if web based and can be viewed on any combination of Mac, PC, smart phone and tablet devices.
